Ways for Men to Connect

Men’s ministry is a place for men to grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and encourage one another in following Jesus. Through community, prayer, and time in the Word, men are equipped to live out their faith in everyday life.

Ways for Women to Connect

Women’s ministry is a space for women to connect, grow in their relationship with Jesus, and support one another in life and faith. Through community, encouragement, and shared experiences, women build meaningful friendships and are equipped to live out their faith in everyday life.

The Deep

Youth Group

The Deep is the youth group ministry at ABIDE Church of Chico designed for middle school and high school students. It meets on Friday nights from 6–8 PM at the church and focuses on helping young people grow in their faith through student‑led worship, engaging discussions, small groups, fun games, and activities. The group emphasizes building a deep, committed relationship with Christ, discipleship, meaningful friendships, and opportunities to live out their faith.

Abide Kids

Abide Kids is ABIDE Church of Chico’s children’s ministry for babies through elementary school. Kids learn about Jesus through age‑appropriate Bible lessons, activities, and worship during Sunday services, with babies cared for weekly and older kids participating in Kids Church. Once a month, all kids gather outdoors for extended teaching and play, fostering a joyful, growing faith in Christ.

Bible Studies / Small Groups

Small Groups at ABIDE Church of Chico are community Bible‑study and discipleship gatherings designed to help people grow in their faith through Scripture, prayer, and fellowship. They include Valiant Men discipleship groups for men, a weekly Women’s Bible Study walking through books of the Bible, a Family Small Group for parents and kids to connect and discuss Sunday teaching, and a Prayer with the Keens group focused on communal prayer and support. These groups provide relational settings to study God’s Word, encourage one another, and live out faith together.
